Once the coffee beans in Belgium have reached the right stage of ripeness, the master roasterer prepares our sublime blends. This exclusive selection is not magic, but the result of years of experience and dedication through which he manages to capture the aromas and flavors at the perfect moment.
After this, all our coffees are roasted slowly and for a long time. The roasting process runs evenly and in a controlled fashion, so that all flavors are optimized and maximized. After roasting and cooling, there is a cleaning process, so that only pure beans remain with their pure flavor. After that, the Arabica coffee beans and a selection of high-grade Robusta beans are ground, after which they are enveloped by a diamond-shaped, aluminum capsule. In this airtight container, the rich aroma and 180 unique flavor elements are best preserved and their freshness guaranteed.
